LARA J. DAY
Writing a book (let alone creating an oracle deck) was never on my bucket list—until I discovered the profound and illuminating magic of the 13 Sacred Nights practice. I found myself so deeply affected that I couldn’t resist sharing it with others. It is both an honor and a joy to now offer this sacred practice to the world.
Beyond oracle decks and the Sacred Nights, I am a dedicated Neurogenic Qigong teacher and practitioner. My journey as a movement guide began in 1993 when I started teaching dance, primarily tap and jazz. A decade later, I began teaching yoga, and in 2008, I discovered the healing art of qigong, which instantly became and continues to be my primary practice. I have studied extensively with Damaris Jarboux and Robert Peng and am beyond grateful for their light and presence in my life. In 2018 I completed the TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) certification. The synergy between qigong and TRE is nothing short of transformative; The combination allows both the physical and energetic bodies to reset, making way for profound healing.
It’s my passion to assist others on their path to physical and energetic balance by connecting with self, Nature and the Divine. I am grateful for the opportunity to share these life-changing practices.
